The first phase of the project includes: an issue identification conference (held September 11th, 2014); issue assessment and goal identification; issue-based working groups that consider current regional plans and examples of potentially relevant transformational change strategies from other communities; development of plan indicators and metrics; and a first report issued in fall of 2015.
